7.) Copy the full CSS Code and paste it in the Blogger Edit HTML under <head> tag.

9.) Now again go to the left opened bootstrap page and copy the JS Code and paste this code under the previously added code in Blogger Edit HTML.
10.) Now Click on the Save button.
